When we were running CM 3.3.4sr2 we had a problem were the MWI was not
syncing. I rebooted and the next day it was fine. Never did figure out
why it didn't sync.

Subject: [cisco-voip] MWI Sync Issues on Unity 4.0(4)SR1
After rebooting both CCM and CRS last night we are now having MWI
issues. We can dial our MWI numbers and turn the indicator on and off
without issue. Our production version of CCM is 3.3(4)sr2, and the TSP
on Unity is 7.0(4)b. We will upgrade the TSP tonight to 8.0.1, and see
if that makes any difference.
One weird occurrence is that when I launch the SA and select a user to
resync or refresh their MWI; there is a long pause, maybe 30 seconds.
Then the page goes blank and I am prompted for user authentication. No
matter what I enter it fails, and if I hit cancel I get an unauthorized
page. I verified in the logs as well that there are no issues, and that
is pretty clean. This has never happened before, and I am wondering if
this is a bug or something someone has seen. I have also verified that
the Unity service accounts are not locked out or expired.
Thanks
