[cisco-voip] AD plugin issue

Hi Phil,
Without some research I am not sure what the particular error "Unknown
source" means. I would suspect that ou=Users,o=cisco.com is not in the
AD. Sometimes when re-running the plugin the cisco base, search base,
etc are reset to a default value that does not exist. you can look in
c:\dcdsrvr\log\pluginsetup.trc (this is a text file not a network
monitor trace file) to see what was setup previously for the plugin.
Please verify these are correct.
If everything looks correct you can use Network Monitor (already
installed on the CallManager) to capture the packets for your failing
search. This will provide more detail of what the problem is than what
is found in the dcdsrvr logs.
Thanks,
Kevin
