actually, the VLT tool didn't help - i'll try the Q931 translator

THe Q931 debug tool han help somewhat in this area. I also use what's called the Cisco VLT (voice log translator). I'd give you a link but I can't find where they moved this tool. It would be ideal for your situation.

What do people out there use to troubleshoot intercluster communications?
Finding out what the exact cause of a call not going through on intercluster trunks is a little difficult for me in raw format.
