there's a maximum hold timer, but i would expect that would affect calls that the user would put on hold.

  Subject: [cisco-voip] Dropped Calls

I know their is a simple solution to this issue, but can't remember what it is. We just upgraded from 3.1.2 to 4.1.3. A user complained that after making an outbound call and holding for 15 minutes or so that the call was dropped when a service rep finally answered.

I think this is just a service parameter, but don't remember which one.

Thanks for any help in advance.
