[cisco-voip] router filters not in alphabetical order in 4.1(3)

Thanks for the prompt reply Marcello.

I was referring specifically to the route filters available in the drop-down list when creating/editing a route pattern. 

I seem to assume people can see what I see on my screen sometimes. ;)
