[cisco-voip] High latency connections

Not too much of an issue if it doesn't fluctuate which would cause
jitter..also is this over an MPLS link or VPN / IPSec?  We've had
challenges more recently with quality over VPN links for inter-office
and now just use PSTN.  We are looking to change our IPSEC tunnels to
MPLS to get that QoS back in with lower cost circuits.
