[cisco-voip] Backing up the MLA

I'll have to try a delete then a restore. A shame to have to restore the whole CCM database just if you lost some MLA configs.

  My bad, forgot it was 4.x you were asking about. :( 

  In 4.x it was made part of ccm I believe so the data
  should be in the main ccm databases and should get
  backed up with everything else. Have not had personal
  experience yet to confirm firsthand though with a
  restore.
