[cisco-voip] new phone models. 7961, 7941 and updated 7912G

[Brain Whistler]

Does cisco 7912G can be used in a setup with CCM 3.3.4
on H323 from VoIP Telecom provider.

This telecom is accepting and sending calls to CCM
over IP.
