[cisco-voip] ISDN data calls over H.323?

If they use a specific e.164, then you could differentiate based on
dnis(incoming called-number) rather than bearer-cap (though I swear
there was a dial-peer selection method based off of bearer-cap,
couldn't find it yesterday).
