We have good experience with our customers using the appliance based
Qovia product.

We use it internally too.

 

The big benefit is it does not need to load anything on the CM/Unity
server as many other products do.

With CM 5.0 coming late this year, the tools that load hooks onto the
servers are going to be in trouble as the Linux version will not allow
this and there is talk of not allowing it on the Windows CM 5. 0 either.

 

Qovia has real time MOS scores,  uses SMNP to query the CM (which is
fully supported), has some asset tracking modules and a bunch of other
stuff.

For CDR I deployed MindIPS (www.mindcti.com)  so far it's pretty good
for CDR and call mgt....

I've deployed NetIQ Appmanager for numerous customers with great
success.

 

For CDR I've mainly used a product called "ISI Infortel".  Does a good
job at CDR, and toll fraud detection.
