[cisco-voip] dspfarm with PVDMs on 2800 series

Hi!

How can one configure a dspfarm with PVDM modules on a 2800 series ISD? 

The tech note on dspfarm configuration on the Cisco TAC website does not
work with PVDM modules that are installed on the motherboard of the
router (not on NM-HDV modules!).
