[cisco-voip] Unity Training for End Users

In most cases the unity basic training is handled during the IP Phone
training. We normally offer the customer a dedicated trainer for 3 days with
5 classes of 24 . ( As many ip phones as you can get in a room. Some times
we would give them the phone and they would set up the phone and VM at the
training. This of course depends on how much control you have over the
staff.

Our training consists of handouts followed with the unity conversation card
printout.

For advanced features such as live reply or deleted message search usually
this is taught in admin training.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Training for End Users

For those of you who migrated to Unity, how did you handle Unity training
for your end users? Did you bring someone in, use videos, or paper
handouts? We're looking for options out there and we might be willing to
purchase any software that does Unity training.

Thanks!
