The user does not have access to this, but the admin does provided there are
a few things in place.
1. You must have checked to "move to trash" (not the right language, but
you get the idea) option in Unity. Without this, the messages are
permanently gone.
2. With the trash option enabled you must go in using outlook to that
user's account, and may move things from the trash back to their inbox.
Additionally, there is some sort of limited "undelete" available in the
recycle bin. I don't remember it's name, but I know it's there.

Do unity have the ability to alow users to delete there messages and go back
to retrive one that were deleted by misstake. Sort of like trash bin before
