are you looking for a way to change users from one class of service to another?

i'm pretty sure this can't be done using BulkEdit. i have used CUBI for this and used the update users option. bascially create a CSV file with the alias and new CoS and then bring let CUBI make the changes.

I'm just going to piggy back on James, thanks.

I have set this up on the COS but I don't see a way to Bulk Edit it. Am
I not seeing it? What tab is it under?

  TIA

  Scott

  James,

It would depend on how you have Unity configured. There is a option in
Unity to moved messages that are deleted to a deleted items folder. If
this is set the messages are moved out of the inbox and into this
folder. If ther user makes a mistake or wants a message back they can
moved it out of the deleted items folder and back into their inbox.

Becareful when using this feature though because items in the deleted
items folder count against any storage limit you set on the mailbox.
