[cisco-voip] Feature availability

I believe these features, missing from CM 3.3.5, are available in later 
versions.  Anyone know which versions exactly, or whether they really 
are available in 3.3.5?

- Tone on hold, configurable per user rather than as a system parameter
- Max time before call forwards (no answer), configurable per user 
rather than as a system parameter
- Adhoc conference creator allowed to drop last party
