[cisco-voip] callmanager is not transfering calls to unity

i have a unified with exc  unty system running,  but for some reason cm  will not transfer calls to unity.   now the ipphone and get into unity.  and also i notice that when i setup my VM box unity can not here me or there no 2 way voice traffic
