There are two tools you can use. The call viewer is what you probably want in this case and the other is the port status monitor. The call viewer is for the routing of calls and the port status monitor deals mainly with what callhandler the call is in and the status of it, DTMF tones inputted, timeouts, etc. Both are available in unity tools depot, although in different sections.
A reminder that the call viewer (last time I checked) does not wrap and stops collecting data after so many entries (I can't remember right now). You'll have to watch it and save to disk every once and a while if you have long wait times to catch a problem.
