[cisco-voip] Change busy/unavailable tone

All,
We are using here a lot of 7912 phones and extension mobility.
Now the operator has a hard time distinguishing the busy tone from the
unavailable tone(tone when someone isn't logged in via extension
mobility), and thus have a hard time saying to customers that he/she
will ring back (if the phone is busy) or that he/she is not in the
office(unavailable tone).
Is there somewhere in the tftpath a possibitlity to change the tones for
busy and unavailable to two totally different tones, because now
unavailable is simply a slightly more rapid busy tone.
