[cisco-voip] Cisco 2651XM no DSP resources available for 2nd E1 controller

Dear all,
i have a Cisco 2651XM running IOS 12.2(15)ZJ5 (With SRST 3.0 support) 
which is currently working as a voice gateway using 1 wic 1 MFT E1 
controller. With the current DSP module, we are able to use all 30 voice 
channels.
When i added a second E1 controller i wasn't able to configure any  PRI 
time-slots fot the second controller even though i reduced the time 
slots in the first controller to a lower number than 30. I kept getting 
the message:
/*"no dsp resources available to configure PRI-group on controller 0/1" 
*/. This situation occured even with one time-slot configured!
    In another case i had not had this problem using 2801. For example, 
i could allocate DSPs for 15channels in one controller and 15 channels 
in second controller.
