Hi,
well situation is very interesting. If you put VWIC card into slot without
PVDM you may use this card but only for establishing non-chanalized E1 link
for data.

If you want to terminate voice you need PVDM and you may use NM-HDV module
or in ISRs,put needed amount of PVDM2's in the slots on the motherboard and
then put the VWIC into VWIC slot.

Ussing Cisco VWIC-2MF-E1 and probably NM-HDV-?E1-30 or 60

I am not sure if I would need the NM-HDV tray module or just I can use only
a VWIC-2MF-E1 inserted on a NM-2F-2W module.
