[cisco-voip] Calling party transformations mask

I having a little trouble masking a number that is being sent from a 2nd
gateway in the route list, this gateway is located in a different area
to the 1st and so when calls are sent it gives the CLI of the 2nd PSTN,
I need to be able to mask this with the number of the 1st PSTN. Where
exactly should I apply the mask as I am unable to get this working.
