Anyone know of any MGCP issues in 12.3(11)T8? Had a
client upgrade from 12.3(11)T7 to T8 and some of their
FXO analog endpoints unregister now and then and don't
re-register. The router still answers the call and
call shows connected on router side with no codec.

Rings once, connects, then silence until the caller
hangs up.

MGCP packet and MGCP error debugs show 500 errors
about internal MGCP database error, and unable to
allocate endpoint and not able to open socket. I can
post the exact debug output if anyone is interested.

MGCP does not lose establishment with CCM since it
does not go in fallback mode, etc. Just some ports
lose registration and others stay registered and
continue to work fine.

I'm combing through bug toolkit on what I'm seeing,
but just curious if anyone else has seen this or not.
2 routers with the problem and have downrev'd back to
12.3(11)T7.
