[cisco-voip] CRA AutoAttendant Prompts

Good morning,
 
I have a question about prompts, I have a prompt that I want impossible
to interrupt.
With that I mean, if the users who calls the AA presses a button,
nothing should happen, the recorded voice should not be shut.
 
Hope it is an easy nut to crack.
