[cisco-voip] unity express voice quality

Hi!

I habe unity express 2.1 with CCM 4.1(3).
I have a problem with the voice quality of my
voice mailboxes. The quality depends on the
source of the call. When I make a call from an internal
phone, the voice quality is good. When I make the call
from external (from PSTN), the voice quality is really bad.
The noise is really high.

Any ideas why ?
Do someone know, why there is a difference between internal
and external calls ?
