[cisco-voip] Help: Problem with CRA IP Phone Agent login

 I have problem on IP Phone Agent login. After I choose the service, error
message "HTTP Error [404]" always apprear. I have configured the
application, scripts, etc successfully. I have tried to restart the IIS
service, reboot the CCM server but no difference. Verified the service url
correctly:
http://172.19.1.99:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp
Any idea how to solve this? Thanks,
