[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP alternatives

The functionality of the Cisco TSP concept look great to me, but there
are several hurdles I must overcome.
Users on my network must change their domain password every month, and
their Cisco login/pass is based off my domain. I don't think I can ask
them to change the password in the windows telephony control panel every
month. Is there a workaround?
Has anyone seen the TSP -> Outlook integration work with limited user
access? Currently, only the Domain Admins on my network are testing this
(2 people) so we don't know how well it will work in LUA, although we
have seen many apps fail...
How has everyone's experiences been with TSP?
