[cisco-voip] Auto-registration problem

All,

We're experiencing an odd issue on two new clusters that we're setting
up in our lab. Each cluster is identical. They are two server clusters
running 4.1(3) on MCS-7835-H1 hardware.

After building the servers and activating the services,
auto-registration never works unless the phone is trying to
auto-register with the publisher. If the phone tries to auto-register
with a subscriber it stalls out with a blank screen and the word
'Registering' in the bottom left hand corner. The normal animation with
the spinning wheel isn't there.

If I disable the CCM service on the primary CCM (which happens to be the
subscriber) the phone fails over to the secondary CCM in the group
(publisher) and auto-registers just fine.

Auto-registration is enabled on both primary and secondary CCMs. Once
the phone has auto-registered it can register to either CCM.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Louis
