You all know what it means. That's why no one is answering my question. Cisco knows too, they're sending me a new one. Thanks to those that responded to me.

Subject: [cisco-voip] switch troubles
Can anyone tell me what it means when a Cisco WS-C3750-48PS-S steadily lights the RPS and SYST in amber and won't do anything else. Also, on console I see messages saying the switch is not usable. This unit is barely a year old, so I hope it doesn't mean what I think it does.
Thanks,
Jeremy
