Change the service/enterprise parameter 'zero length CDR' to true and you will get all those calls. It will likely increase you CDR database quite a bit though.

  I'm running CM 4.1.3sr1.

  I know I can go into the phone and list the missed calls and received
  calls.  Is there a way to see this information in CDR or some other way
  to pull up that data on a long range bases?

  I believe CDR only gives me the completed calls (including VM).  I'm
  also looking for the people that hang up (missed calls).
