[cisco-voip] OS 4.2

I'm reading the readme for the os 4.2 and I see this under post-upgrade
considerations;

 

    If your server runs Cisco CallManager, verify that you have the
latest SQL service pack installed on the server; if necessary, apply the
latest pack from the web. Verify that you have the latest SQL hotfixes
on the server.  If necessary, apply the latest hotfixes from the web.

 

Is Cisco really saying that they are not testing SQL patches?
