[cisco-voip] Cisco ip 2 ip configuration

Hello all,
i am having cisco 5400, would like to configure ip 2 ip, is it possiable to
configure the ip 2 ip. it might be h.323 to h.323 or sip 2 sip or h.323 to
sip. Please any one who can reply me, will be greatly appreciated.
