What version of CM?

Both are available.

Look up Call Back feature. You just need to configure and add it to the
softkeys template.

I think 3.3 and above allowed the second line to beep in. I know for
sure in 4.1

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM ringback option and Incoming call indicator

Is it possible to configure following features ( generally available
with PBXes) with CCM :

1. Ringback option: ie when a user dials an extension which is busy , he
can press some key combination and
place the receiver. Sooner the destination extension is free, the
originator get a ring indicating that destination is free.

2. Incoming call indicator: When a user busy with a call and if a second
call comes to the same extension,
a short beep ( in addition to the LCD indicator display) heard by the
user to indicate that there is another incoming
call.
