[cisco-voip] SoftPhone / Communnicator VPN problem

Dear All,
I have a very weird problem here.. "Sometimes" when I use Softphone or
Communicator via VPN access to intranet, after dialing the number and
speak probably one sentense, the call will be disconnected
automatically as well as my VPN connection. At beginning I though the
VPN cause the call disconnected, but I was wrong, it's the call cause
the connection problem. I tried to search in cisco and I found out the
netmeeting in collaboration setting can't be selected to avoid this
problem. But it doesn't work for me. The worthest thing is some people
in my company have same problem too. Does anyone have clue how to
solve this ? Is this about the MTU size ? Thanks so so much for any
information.
