[cisco-voip] Plantronics headset on

We have 7912 ip phones.

I tried put a plantronics supra headset on it instead of the normal
handset, because it's a possibility if you look at the plantronics
website.

I can hear the other person, but the other person doesn't hear me.

Is this a normal, in other words do I need special headset, or is the
headset itself faulty? (other persons maybe have this config working?)
