Your best bet for hardware specifics is either the product page on  
www.cisco.com or looking at HP's site.  You can find HP part numbers  
for MCS servers at www.cisco.com/go/swonly.

The BIOS updates I was referring to were for older MCS 7835 servers.   
Your server is pretty new so should already include the latest BIOS  
updates.  You'll want to make sure you have updated the drivers since  
the HP 7825-H1 servers had a known SATA issue that caused high cpu.   
You can download the new driver from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/ 
tablebuild.pl/cmva-3des.  The filename is HP-SATADriver-6.0.82.exe.    
Be sure to include the readme as well.    This driver may be included  
in 2000.4.2 I don't know for sure.

OS2000.4.2. I've seen it has appeared in the cisco web page the SR1

Ryan, what are the bios upgrades that are you talking about? Are they  
downloadable from cisco? I have also problems with one of the RAID  
disks, I think I have to rebuild it, but I'm not sure.
Where can I find documentation about the hardware? In HP web page, in  
Cisco's?

The reason your calls work is because your gateway unregistered.
For a CSS change to take affect you have to reset the gateway in
question.  If you are using the 'ccm-manager config' feature then a
reset via the CCMAdmin will work.  If you aren't using this feature
on the gateway you have to do a 'no mgcp' and then 'mgcp' to
reregister the gw.

As for the crash if your server is an HP make sure you are running OS
2000.4.2.  I've had two cases this week where HP recommended bios
upgrades due to "unpredictable issues" including system hangs,
reboots, etc.  Supposedly the latest microcode in the 9/15/2004 bios
addresses these.

How about the CSS under the Incoming calls section of
the gateway config page? Did you reset the gateway in
CCM after making changes?
