[cisco-voip] ASP 0115 error when trying to add new user

is this integrated to AD?  if so did you rerun the AD plugin and change the passwords via pwdchanger?

Hi,
I have a problem with a ccm publisher that has been recently been rebuilt.
CCM 4.0(2) installed with os 2000.2.6
Then upgraded os to 2000.2.7
CCM 4.1.2(sr1) installed.
Finally upgraded OS to 2000.2.7sr6.

Everything checked out except when I try to access the ADD User tab, I get
this ASP 0115 error displayed, the sub displays the page ok.

One other thing when I try to access the corporate directory on the phones
just a blank screen is displayed.

Any ideas?
