[cisco-voip] MeetMe conferences in CallManager

MeetMe requires an IP Phone to start the call.

Has anyone discovered a way of spawning MeetMe conferences
programatticaly?
I have some E&M analog ports that I need to trunk into a conference, but
it
does not work if the E&M port is the first participant in the call.  Any
ideas?
