[cisco-voip] Unit Port reconfiguration.

I changed the voice mail pilot and the port numbers on CCM keeping the
Voice mail prefix same . Ran the integration manager on Unity again   ,
I am able to test the ports successfully . Still my new pilot number
wont take me to the voice mail system.

 

And the old pilot number works fine , so I reverted back. Kindly advice

Rerun the voice-mail port configuration wizard with a new name
(NewCiscoUM-). On Unity use the phone integration tool to change the

	I have a unity 4.0 with 16 port integrated with Exchange 2003
and ccm 3.3 . 

	 

	I need to change the voice mail ports configured on to a dummy
extension as currently I am using DID's for Voice mail ports .

	 

	Do I have to reload the unity server after I change the Voice
mail port config in CCM ? To take affect.
