Hi Ahmad,
The user does not have access to configure the Call Forward Busy, etc
settings. Unless of course they are given CCMAdmin rights. The users
will only be able to change their Call Forward All setting either via
the phone or CCMUser. I don't see this as an option for CFA. One work
around you can try is to configure Line 1 and Line 2 with the same DN,
using different partitions. Internal callers will use a CSS that
contains the partition for Line 1 and the inbound GWs will use a CSS
with the partition defined for Line 2. Through the CCMUser pages the
user can then set CFA for Line 1 for internal calls and CFA for Line 2
for external. Depending on your configuration this may or may not work
for you.
I would suggest working Cisco account team to file a feature request to
add this option.
