not last time I checked, but you can post XML to the phone as described in
the ipphone SDK to remote control the phone and press 'meetme' softkey, and
dial the number.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Spawning a Meet Me call with JTAPI
I have a Cisco IP phone and I need to use it to initiate a Meet Me
conference call. I can control the phone (to some degree) with JTAPI, but
is there anyway to convice the phone to spawn the Meet Me conference from
JTAPI control?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Eric
