[cisco-voip] CallManager Veritas Backup Restore Solution

This is not advisable.  BARS is designed to backup on application 
specific sources.  If the server is ever infected with a virus or worm, 
there is extremely small chance the virus will be backed up (unless it 
masquerades as one of the application files).

Further, Cisco TAC only supports BARS as the backup method for CallManager.
