If so, does anyone know if it's fixed in 4.0 as I'm getting ready to

I'm running IPCCx 3.5.2.  I have had one agent for the second time,
loose there association to their resource group which prevents them from
logging in.  Has anyone else seen this before?    If I go into appadmin
and assign them there resource group and save everything works again.
Any ideas?
