[cisco-voip] Adding a subscriber

Nick,

I am not aware of any direct installs to 2000.2.7sr7. all build scenarios
require 2000.2.7 and then apply the SR.

os version differences *shouldn't* matter, but all Cisco testing uses the
same OS version throughout cluster.

We currently have 2 call manager servers running 2000.2.7 SR5 & 4.1(3)SR1, I
am about to add another subscriber to the cluster, do I have to use the same
