Israel,
1. YES-- I do it FXO frequently..  
    voice-port 0/1/0
     input gain 14
     caller-id enable 
enable Caller-id on any voice port you want to have it on..
    PRI and BRI has it on by default..
 
 
2. Just like Jason said...

1.	I do not know that answer, sorry 
2.	Yes you can do a sidecar in CME and yes you can monitor
extensions
