1. YES-- I do it FXO frequently..
voice-port 0/1/0
input gain 14
caller-id enable
enable Caller-id on any voice port you want to have it on..
PRI and BRI has it on by default..
2. Just like Jason said...

Mac-address XXXXXXXXXX
Type 7960 addon 1 7914
button 7m45 8m34 9m33

extensions

(Here is were you would do you button assignments)
