[cisco-voip] IPCC Express 4.0 verification

Hello,
 I have read that the maximum number of agents supported on IPCC
Express 4.0is 300 and supervisors is 32. If I have 350 agents but only
150 logged in
simultaneously, will I be ok? Does "maximum number of agents" mean active
agents or configured.
