[cisco-voip] IP Communicator Installation Problem - Error

Dear All,

When I tried to install IP Communicator on Windows 2003 platform, it
will show the error message as attachment. Is it about the OS
incompability? Is there any patch from Cisco for this problem? Thanks
for your help.
