[cisco-voip] CCM 4.13 IPCC 40 and TAPS

Has anyone ran into a similar issue. I've got Call Manager 4.1.3SR1 operating, and a separate install of IPCC Express 4.0.1 and I'm attempting to install and configured TAPS. I've performed the BAT and TAPS installation on the publisher server without issue, the problem is when I try to install TAPS on the IPCC/CRS server. I get the following error message "The sysparams.properties file was not found or UserPrompt property was not set in the file" and the installation fails. This happens immediately after i input the ip address of the call manager into the taps install process when prompted for it. Please see the attached screen shot. Thanks in advance.
