You might also want to look at the Cisco Customer Response Solutions (CRS) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide
We found that the servers we are running are not supported under the higher versions of CRS. We had to suspend our CallManager 4.1 upgrade plans because of the dollars involved in upgrading all our CRS servers (four in total).

I'm pretty sure remote desktop installs are not supported, but VNC might be. On CallManager at least.

i have not upgraded the CRA engine. It is still in 3.1 version. Shall i
put the later one?
Can i do it through remote desktop!! I have travelled to the site for
the ccm upgrade but
i didn't do this upgrade!!
