Subject: [cisco-voip] 7970 Transfer Button Issue
Importance: High
We have an issue with some of our 7970 phones in two remote sites.
When they receive a direct call either externally via the PSTN or internally
via another extension the 'transfer' button becomes greyed out and not
possible to use.
We have checked the soft key templates and they are exactly the same as
other remote site's that have the same setup but are not getting the
problem.
We are running call manager 4.1.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Regards.
