I do not think that it is possible. You can setup a SIP trunk on the CCM,
but you can not
specify an username&password. Your SIP povider should authenticate you
against your
IP address.
If they do not want to do it, you can put Asterisk or SER (SIP Express
Router) in the middle and
do your job :)
